As the head of The SheRise Enterprise, I can confidently say that “Rockin with the Stars” was a night to remember. From the start, we knew that we had to deliver a top-notch event, and with the help of my team John Broadway, Adrian Strong, Shana Moss we were able to make it happen.

With Hollywood Blvd. as the location of the festivities, we had limited space, which made it a challenge to accommodate the press and still allow onlookers on the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, but we managed to do it with finesse. We coordinated with photographers and the red carpet host, Cece Hendriks, to ensure that everything ran as smoothly as possible.

The fun didn’t stop on the red carpet, the event was attended by a number of notable celebrities. The night started off with a bang with comedian Trey Elliot and the ALL STAR Band. They got the crowd going with old school jams that had everyone on their feet. Trey’s comedic performance of “Before I Let Go” by Maze was a highlight of the night.

Next up was the man of the hour, Bill Bellamy, who had the audience in stitches with his witty jokes and hilarious commentary throughout the night. Cedric The Entertainer also made an appearance and was joined on stage by singer Al. B Sure, who serenaded the crowd with a sample from his hit song “The Secret Garden.”

The up-and-coming comedians Patrick Neal and Ray Grady took the stage and gave it their all despite the tough crowd. Then, the up-and-coming singers Yung Muusik, Maurice Smith, Brian McKnight Jr., Roney Boys all wowed the audience with their performances, and the show closed with a show-stopping performance by Tia P from Inglewood, California.
